SavvyWise Workforce is recruiting a Nursing Home Administrator (NHA or LNHA) for a high-acuity, high-volume long-term care and rehabilitation facility near Huntsville, Alabama. This 160-bed facility is part of a well-established healthcare organization with 44+ locations across the Southeast and Midwest, offering strong regional and corporate support.

This is a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high volume of admissions and discharges, a full rehabilitation unit, and a strong clinical leadership team. The ideal candidate views leadership as a true partnership between the NHA and Director of Nursing (DON).

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and management of facility operations

• Build and maintain a strong NHA / DON partnership

• Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness

• Manage budgets, staffing, and quality outcomes

• Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and clinical staff

• Drive occupancy, admissions, and census goals

Requirements

• Active Alabama Nursing Home Administrator license required

• NOTE: Transfers from Tennessee and Florida are currently taking longer than usual

• Proven track record in long-term care or rehabilitation leadership

• Strong financial acumen and regulatory knowledge

• Commitment to resident-centered care and quality outcomes

Compensation

• Salary: $115,000 – $145,000 (based on experience)

• Full-time, on-site

• Location: Near Huntsville, AL
