Construction Project Manager | Alabama | Salary: Competitive, Based on Experience
About the Role
SavvyWise Workforce is recruiting a Construction Project Manager to oversee all construction and maintenance projects across a network of skilled nursing facilities. This role requires a hands-on leader with experience managing multiple facility projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement construction plans for each facility
• Coordinate and supervise all construction projects, including renovations, repairs, and new builds
• Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
• Manage vendors, internal budget, crew hiring and supervision
• Manage budgets and costs associated with construction and maintenance projects
• Must be willing to travel frequently within Alabama as well as occasional trips to Arkansas, Florida, and Missouri
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management for a company with multiple locations
• Five years of experience with drywall, tile, plumbing, painting, HVAC, etc.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
Compensation
• Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience
• Full-time, on-site with travel
• Location: Alabama-based with multi-state travel
