About the Role
SavvyWise WorkForce is recruiting Registered Respiratory Therapists for full-time night-shift opportunities with a community hospital. This on-site role provides hands-on respiratory care as part of a collaborative clinical team.
Responsibilities
• Assess patients and provide respiratory treatments in accordance with physician orders and clinical protocols.
• Monitor patient response, document care accurately, and communicate changes to the clinical team.
• Support oxygen therapy, airway management, ventilatory care, and emergency response within the scope of practice.
• Maintain equipment readiness and follow infection-control and patient-safety standards.
• Work consistently scheduled night shifts on-site.
Requirements
• Associate degree in respiratory therapy.
• Current North Carolina Registered Respiratory Therapist license.
• Current BCLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.
• Ability and willingness to work full-time nights on-site in Rutherfordton, North Carolina.
Compensation
$62,246 - $74,451 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
