This on-site role provides hands-on respiratory care as part of a collaborative clinical team.Responsibilities• Assess patients and provide respiratory treatments in accordance with physician orders and clinical protocols.• Monitor patient response, document care accurately, and communicate changes to the clinical team.• Support oxygen therapy, airway management, ventilatory care, and emergency response within the scope of practice.• Maintain equipment readiness and follow infection-control and patient-safety standards.• Work consistently scheduled night shifts on-site.Requirements• Associate degree in respiratory therapy.• Current North Carolina Registered Respiratory Therapist license.• Current BCLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.• Ability and willingness to work full-time nights on-site in Rutherfordton, North Carolina.Compensation$62,246 - $74,451 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
