This full-time, on-site role supports project execution by keeping project information, trade partners, budgets, schedules, and field work aligned.Responsibilities• Coordinate project documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout materials.• Support project budgets, schedules, procurement, and cost tracking.• Partner with superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, architects, and project leadership.• Use Bluebeam and related construction tools to review plans and communicate project requirements.• Maintain accurate records, anticipate issues, and support effective jobsite collaboration.Requirements• Five or more years of related commercial construction experience.• Strong experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, project documentation, budgets, and schedules.• Experience coordinating subcontractors in an active jobsite environment.• Proficiency with Bluebeam.• U.S. citizenship or permanent-resident status.• Ability to work on-site in Cherokee, Alabama. Relocation assistance is not available.Compensation$99,000 - $126,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
