About the Role

SavvyWise WorkForce is recruiting a Construction Project Engineer for an established commercial construction organization. This full-time, on-site role supports project execution by keeping project information, trade partners, budgets, schedules, and field work aligned.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout materials.

• Support project budgets, schedules, procurement, and cost tracking.

• Partner with superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, architects, and project leadership.

• Use Bluebeam and related construction tools to review plans and communicate project requirements.

• Maintain accurate records, anticipate issues, and support effective jobsite collaboration.

Requirements

• Five or more years of related commercial construction experience.

• Strong experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, project documentation, budgets, and schedules.

• Experience coordinating subcontractors in an active jobsite environment.

• Proficiency with Bluebeam.

• U.S. citizenship or permanent-resident status.

• Ability to work on-site in Cherokee, Alabama. Relocation assistance is not available.

Compensation

$99,000 - $126,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
