About the Role

SavvyWise WorkForce is recruiting experienced Operating Room Circulator RNs for a community hospital opportunity. This full-time, on-site position supports a varied surgical program and a collaborative perioperative team.

Responsibilities

• Circulate surgical cases while maintaining patient safety, sterile practice, and accurate documentation.

• Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, surgical technologists, and nursing colleagues.

• Prepare the operating room, verify required equipment and supplies, and support efficient room turnover.

• Circulate orthopedic, general surgery, robotic-assisted, and selected OB/GYN cases.

• Respond effectively to changing clinical priorities and perioperative emergencies.

Requirements

• At least two years of true Surgery/Operating Room circulating RN experience.

• Current North Carolina RN license or a qualifying multistate compact RN license.

• Experience circulating orthopedic, general surgery, da Vinci/robotic, and some OB/GYN cases.

• Ability to work full-time on-site in Rutherfordton, North Carolina.

Experience limited to Pre-Op, Post-Op, Endoscopy/GI, or PACU without operating-room circulating experience does not meet the requirement.

Compensation

$74,000 - $86,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
