This full-time, on-site position supports a varied surgical program and a collaborative perioperative team.Responsibilities• Circulate surgical cases while maintaining patient safety, sterile practice, and accurate documentation.• Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, surgical technologists, and nursing colleagues.• Prepare the operating room, verify required equipment and supplies, and support efficient room turnover.• Circulate orthopedic, general surgery, robotic-assisted, and selected OB/GYN cases.• Respond effectively to changing clinical priorities and perioperative emergencies.Requirements• At least two years of true Surgery/Operating Room circulating RN experience.• Current North Carolina RN license or a qualifying multistate compact RN license.• Experience circulating orthopedic, general surgery, da Vinci/robotic, and some OB/GYN cases.• Ability to work full-time on-site in Rutherfordton, North Carolina.Experience limited to Pre-Op, Post-Op, Endoscopy/GI, or PACU without operating-room circulating experience does not meet the requirement.Compensation$74,000 - $86,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.Eligible RecruitiFi candidates may receive a $20,000 commitment bonus, paid in six equal installments of $3,333.33 after 1, 4, 8, 12, 18, and 24 months of employment. Relocation assistance is not offered.
