Responsibilities

Provide clinical and operational leadership for the skilled nursing team.

Oversee quality of care, regulatory compliance, and survey readiness.

Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff while maintaining a positive culture.

Partner with executive leadership on staffing, budgeting, and clinical strategy.

Ensure resident-centered care and strong clinical outcomes.

Requirements

Skilled Nursing experience.

Minimum 5 years of nursing management experience.

Active Arkansas or Compact RN license.
